Thanks to everyone who asked if I was drowned yesterday in a tsunami generated by the earthquake in Chile . The happy news is we’re all still here and the tsunami was a complete wash.

I too am relieved to hear you aren’t presently surfing your way to Australia. And you should be relieved to know that we have dug our way out of our own snowstorm and power and equilibrium has been restored to all our lives.
